General Policy All purchases made within Undecember, including but not limited to digital goods, in-game currency, cosmetic items, season passes, and downloadable content, are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws. 2. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. Technical errors resulting in duplicate purchases. Content not delivered after successful payment due to verified technical faults. Serious, unresolved issues that prevent gameplay access after all support options have been exhausted. Eligibility for a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by our support team. 3. Timeframe for Requests Refund requests must typically be submitted within a reasonable timeframe from the date of purchase. Delayed claims may be denied, particularly if the content was used or consumed in-game. 4. In-Game Currency and Items Refunds will not be provided for: Used or partially used in-game currency or items. Items acquired through normal gameplay, promotional events, or rewards. Purchases made using third-party platforms that fall under their own refund policies (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam). For purchases made through external platforms, players should refer to the respective provider’s refund guidelines. 5.
